The facelift version of the Toyota Fortuner may be launched in India in late 2026 or 2027. It could come with a host of features, and the powertrain could also get some changes. The exterior of the new version of Fortuner will get a trapezoidal grille, sleek LED headlights and newly designed LED DRLs. It could get 18-inch or 19-inch alloy wheels and connected LED tail lamps at the rear. The interior of the facelift version of the Fortuner will have a larger 12.3-inch or 14-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a fully digital instrument cluster.

Due to high customer demand, the facelift version could also get an electric sunroof and premium upholstery along with heated and cooled seats and customizable ambient light. In terms of safety, it will come with level 2 ADAS, an electrically assisted steering wheel, 360 degree camera, and seven airbags.
