Maruti Suzuki Dzire is a very good and very popular subcompact sedan. Its new version in 2026 will have a strong Hybrid petrol engine, but there will also be the option of a 1.2-litre Z-series 3-cylinder petrol engine and a CNG engine. This car has a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT transmission.

Its exterior is very good, with a bold, upright grille, sleek LED Crystal Vision headlamps, flowing LED DRLs, new 15-inch dual-tone diamond-cut alloy wheels, and Y-shaped LED tail lamps. The Dzire 2024 will be launched in seven colour options, including Alluring Blue, Gallant Red, Bluish Black, Nutmeg Brown, Magma Grey, Splendid Silver, and Arctic White.

It is expected that the new version will also have the same colour options, and there will be no change in the colour or design. The car is expected to measure 3,995 mm in length, 1,735 mm in width, and 1,525 mm in height. Its wheelbase will be 2,450 mm, and ground clearance will be 163 mm.
You see a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, electric sunroof, automatic climate control, cruise control, fabric upholstery, adjustable headrest, wood finish on the dashboard, and a large boot space of 382 litres. Safety features include 6 airbags, electronic stability program, hill hold assist, ABS with EBD, and 3-point seatbelts.

It also has some advanced safety features like a 360-degree camera, reverse parking sensors, TPMS, and LED fog lamps. The new hybrid petrol engine will deliver a mileage of around 35-40 kmpl, resulting in significant fuel savings. There is no official information about the price at which this car will be launched with the hybrid engine option. Its current variant ex-showroom price starts from Rs 6.26 Lakh and goes up to Rs 9.31 Lakh.
